Refund policy
Every item is custom and made to order.
You have 24 hours to cancel an order.
Please keep in mind that all of our rings are handmade & polished; therefore, rings that are the same size may vary slightly in size and fit.
Our colors are hand mixed and the colors may vary slightly as well.
For any issues with your order, please email us at info@sparklemuse.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.
Someone from our team will respond within 24 hours.
Your tracking number will be automatically sent to you once your order is ready to ship and your label has been created.
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees.
Once an order has shipped and is with the carrier service, Sparklemuse is no longer responsible. If by chance your order has gone missing, has been stolen, or says "delivered" when it has not been, please contact the carrier.
Please note lead times vary for each piece. Some pieces will take longer to ship than others.
If you have placed an order with multiple pieces, the order will ship once the final piece is ready.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items that arrive broken or damaged must be reported within 24-48 hours of the delivery date. If you drop or break an item, a replacement or repair fee plus shipping might be available. Please email info@sparklemuse.com with inquiries and be sure to include a photo of the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to the size charts we have provided before choosing your ring size. Please check out our ring sizing chart before ordering. To start a return, you can contact us at info@sparklemuse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
